It’s important to take your time in choosing the right therapist for you. Reaching the stage where you’re looking for professional help, didn’t happen overnight. Or maybe you’ve worked with other practitioners in the past and you’re ready to recommence your process or are thinking about trying something new. Either way, with so many choices out there, finding the right person can feel a little daunting.
You’re looking for someone you can connect and feel comfortable with, as well as having the relevant professional skills to help you. Finding the right person with the right skills might take a bit of effort, but it’s worth it in the long run. EFT, as well being a highly effective way to change quickly with permanent results, is a client led therapy. This means you’ll always go at a pace you feel most comfortable with.
- You and your therapist work together in tandem to make the process as easy, effortless and natural as possible for you.
- It’s usual to find yourself feeling better in the very first session.
By spending time with the information on my website you’ll get a good feeling for my approach. If it feels right for you, your next step is to email me and set up a time to chat by phone. I don’t charge for information so all initial consultations are absolutely free and won’t cost you a penny. We’ll talk for 15-20 mins.
EFT is equally effective by telephone or face to face. Most of my clients choose the telephone option for ease and convenience. For clients choosing the telephone option I do offer to meet in central London for an initial informal chat over coffee. I work with clients from all over the UK and Europe, so it’s not necessary to meet, but some people find it reassuring.
If it’s important to you to have face to face sessions please note prices for face to face sessions are higher than phone sessions as they incur extra costs. I hold face to face sessions at The City Of London Therapy Centre near Old Street, where I am a Senior Consultant.

If English is not your first language we can work together very effectively, however you will need to be a reasonably confident English speaker.
